Lead by our founder Oliver Hurd, who grew up in the food industry and spent the first decade of his profession career learning from multiple iconic brands, we groom our individuals to run outstanding restaurants and set the bar to be the best in the nation. We currently are franchisees for two iconic national brands who put the emphasis on food quality. Popeyes is world renowned for their fried chicken and chicken sandwich, but what makes them stand apart above all other chicken options is their dedication to 12-Hour Marination of Bone in Chicken as well as Hand Breading every piece of chicken! Del Taco also puts the emphasis of fresh, high quality ingredients. Every day at Del starts with preparation of fresh produce, freshly grated cheese and homemade beans.
